Refunds & Cancellation

Subscriptions

You can cancel your SendForge subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

Refunds

Because SendForge includes usage-based costs (e.g., SMS/email delivery), refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

• New subscriptions: if you believe you were charged in error or couldn’t access the service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll review it.
• Usage charges: fees tied to message delivery, carrier charges, or email delivery generally aren’t refundable once the messages have been sent.

Chargebacks

If you plan to dispute a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly and avoid service disruption.
