You can cancel your SendForge subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
Because SendForge includes usage-based costs (e.g., SMS/email delivery), refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
If you plan to dispute a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly and avoid service disruption.
